The biggest mistake made by home buyers today is low balling negotiations with the “right priced” home. Sellers who understand this concept are the ones with complete control of the process of selling their home.  I have seen buyers fall in love with homes that are priced below all competition, but make low ball offers because of bad advice. They become get upset when the seller sells the home to somebody else.  You know what I am talking about, but, the reality is you created the bidding excitement and you were in control, with a closed sale. Buyers Decide to Purchase on Emotional Triggers and Justify the Decision on “the Numbers”  Using the strategy to price competitively and use the low offer to get a higher bid from another buyer is a win win process.  Your home is not a bank owned foreclosure, don’t get trapped in their game.
